Supply Chain Coordinator with Ecommerce experience

More Staffing LLC is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator with experience in Ecommerce to join our team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

In this position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams, to coordinate the flow of products from suppliers to customers. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and resolving any supply chain issues that arise.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Track shipments and communicate with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize demand forecasting and inventory replenishment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in an Ecommerce setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
