Product Specification Maker

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Product Specification Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and comprehensive product specifications that meet industry standards and customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure that all product specifications are clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed product specifications based on inputs from Product Development, Engineering, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure that product specifications meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to incorporate quality parameters into product specifications.
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure that product specifications align with market positioning and customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of product specifications and updates.
• Participate in product review meetings and provide input on specification improvements.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve specification-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Specification Maker or similar role in stationary/novelty items.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using software tools for document management and specification creation.
