The Sr. Business Support Manager’s primary responsibility will to ensure the success of support process improvement efforts and help to build and establish project and program governance models. This position will be responsible to implement customers into the various cloud hyperscalers/environments. This position will also work on process improvements including documentation around our client's Managed Cloud Delivery (MCD).
