What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for Revenue Operations Manager with experience overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales, marketing, and alliance teams, who is passionate about implementing, scaling, and refining best practices in a growing company. This role will focus on optimizing revenue processes, managing sales data, generating reports, and providing strategic insights to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This role will report to the CRO, lead the engine supporting the sales and marketing team, and will work cross functionally with our Consulting Operations Manager, finance department, Learning and Development Manager, and delivery teams. This person will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate across teams to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.

What You Do

CRM Management:
• Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and implement workflows, automations, and custom fields to streamline sales processes
• Train and support the sales team on Hubspot usage and best practices
• Experience with Hubspot CRM preferred, familiarity with others a plus, e.g. Salesforce

Process Optimization:
• Analyze current sales/marketing/alliances processes and identify areas for improvement using KPI measurements
• Develop and implement new sales/marketing/alliances processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor and measure the success of implemented processes and make adjustments as needed

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales/marketing/alliances performance, pipeline status, and key metrics
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure data quality and consistency within the CRM
• Proficient with data analysis tools, e.g Excel, Airtable, Tableau, etc

Team Support:
• Assist the team with day-to-day operational needs and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with leadership to set and track sales/marketing/alliances targets and quotas
• Develop and collaborate on training programs to enhance the sales/marketing/alliances team’s skills and knowledge



Specifics
  • Full benefits including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, 401k match, monthly LiveWell stipend, and quarterly company bonus
  • Annual base salary: $90,000 - $110,000

  • Requirements
  • Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
  • Travel: we divide our time between working remotely and team on-sites. We anticipate this role will travel 4-6 times a year.
