We are looking for highly experienced On-Premise Network Engineers to join our growing platform team!

About Team

We are a dedicated team responsible for architecting and maintaining our organization's hybrid network (on-premise and cloud) and the physical infrastructure of our data center, ensuring general connectivity, and implementing logical extensions into various services. Additionally, we develop and support automated systems that seamlessly integrate all traffic components for efficient web routing.

Skills and Expertise we seek

  • Relevant experience in evaluating, designing, implementing, and operating hybrid network infrastructures (On-Premise, AWS, GCP)
  • Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, with emphasis on Terraform, Go, and Bash
  • Solid understanding of multi-region network topology and routing.
  • Experience with bare-metal servers, switches and routers, metal-as-a-service systems, data center environments, and configuration management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with IPAM for automation and effective network management.
  • Skilled in Linux systems, managing software load balancers and reverse proxies such as HAProxy or Envoy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team distributed across multiple time zones.
  • Preparedness for participation in an on-call rotation schedule.

Bonus - good to haves 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiar with AWS network services like Virtual Private Cloud, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, WAF/Shield, and CloudFront
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking or other network-related cert

The salary range for this role is $130,000-180,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
