Position Summary

The TecCom Order Manager Business Development Lead for North, Central & South America will report directly to the Executive Vice President of the Americas and will work with the designated country lead / territory lead to advance TecCom sales.

Fully remote position. US location. No sponsorship visa. 

The position is expected to coordinate with sales personnel in each country to identify potential customers and work with them throughout the sales process.

The TecCom Order Manager Business Development Lead for North, Central & South America is directly responsible for opportunity identification, coordinate proposal development, and ultimately generate revenue for TecCom with automotive industry clients. Specific focus is on enrolling both suppliers and distributors of automotive aftermarket parts on the TecCom Order Manager solution.

TecCom is a platform that facilitates the electronic exchange of data and business transactions in the automotive aftermarket industry. It provides solutions for communication between suppliers and buyers, enabling efficient and automated processes for order processing, availability checking, electronic invoicing, and more. TecCom aims to streamline operations, reduce errors, and improve the overall efficiency of supply chain management in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, the TecCom Business Development Lead will

· Have a deep understanding of how the client’s business can benefit from the full suite of TecCom solutions with an emphasis on order management solutions.

· Be responsible for driving the TecCom strategic value proposition to existing and potential customers.

· Meet annual revenue targets for the sale of TecCom products and services for all of Americas including; JNPSoft (CA), OptiCat (USA), TecAlliance Mexico, & TecAlliance Brazil.

· Set and track sales targets by specific account that are aligned with company objectives.

· Develops the user case for every customer opportunity, who will create & own new TecCom functions.

· Create and execute the strategic account plan to help customers maximize their potential use of TecCom products in the Americas territory.

· Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

· Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.

· Listen to customers to truly understand their needs and align with TecCom technical experts to develop the optimal implementation strategy.

· Coordinate with internal resources to further the sales cycle such as Executives, Presales, Sales Development, Product Management, Marketing etc.

· Be able to run a short sales product demonstration of TecCom solutions.

· Develop positive relationships and keeps in contact with clients, answers their questions, and resolves conflicts and provides solutions to issues that arise.

· Attend trade shows and conferences and occasionally present when needed.

· Work directly with marketing communications teams in the Americas to create advertising materials for all media channels and tradeshows to support the branding efforts of TecCom.

· Be willing to travel at least 25% of the time to various tradeshows, industry events, and to customer locations.

· Be flexible in terms of working hours to accommodate customer availability as well as Europe based TecAlliance staff.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field

· Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable track record of success within new Business Generation, SME and Enterprise Inside Sales, including self-generated outbound leads within the enterprise space

· Extensive experience with product orders to invoice solutions as well as integrations with multiple ERP’s including; SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, etc..

· Experience in FinTech or other order, payment solutions is also preferred.

· Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate the sales cycles effectively.

· Outstanding online presentation and demonstration skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly and succinctly to a wide range of stakeholders.

· Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexible to work extended hours during peak periods if needed

· Self-motivated, persistent and dependable

· Highly detail-oriented and organized; strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects at once.

· Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
