DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within multiple Dialysis sites located at Skilled Nursing Facilities in the area. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Associate`s Degree; Bachelor`s degree preferred

  • Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; multi-site management experience preferred. Healthcare experience is not a must.

  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills

  • Experience managing PnL and Budget across multiple units/sites

  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
