PlanITROI is seeking a strategic, hands-on, results-driven, Director of Digital Marketing who is passionate about marketing a purpose-driven, impactful mission. The successful candidate will need to have the experience to hit the ground running, build a team from scratch, and execute the company's digital marketing strategy and its alignment with business goals.  

 

Are you a results-driven and proven digital marketer who can tell our story through the entire client journey? You are responsible for developing and implementing campaigns, by telling our story through the entire client journey to various stakeholders of B2B Enterprise prospects to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and acquire new clients.

A successful candidate must come with experience in the computer hardware & services industry and be project-driven, resourceful, and work fast-paced to achieve goals with a demonstrated marketing background that has achieved significant results over a sustained time. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build a team you know with a proven success formula (internal, freelance, and agency) 
  • Build a marketing playbook to match our client journey with our sales team 
  • Build our brand around our long and strong history of delivering secure purpose-driven life-cycle management and high-quality affordable technology  
  • Build and execute web, email, social strategy, etc. to match brand and client journey 
  • Build within our tech stack (WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) 
  • Build original content that matches our story (written, graphic, images, and video) 
  • Experiment and be resourceful with all modern marketing tools to keep relevant 
  • Execute the marketing strategy, branding, social, add spend, and budget for all divisions 
  • Execute multiple campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations 
  • Execute the inbound andoutbound marketingstrategyutilizing the marketing playbook 
  • Reporting: Providing regular reporting on KPIs to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Co-manage weekly marketing/sales meetings to review campaigns, pipeline, resolve challenges, brainstorm, train/role play to ensure high performance 
  • Build relationships with industry experts and associations: RLA, IAITAM, Gartner, etc. 
  • Manage Salesforce, Pardot, etc., and other marketing technology solutions 
  • Manage the planning and executionof webinars and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Must come from the computer hardware & services industry 
  • Degree in Marketing or like, with 5+ years of working experience in a Sr. Digital Marketing role with responsibility for the execution of marketing strategy 
  • Must have experience building an internal team, managing agency relationships, freelancers, ad spending, and the marketing budget 
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, account-based marketing, lead-scoring strategy, and email campaign strategy 
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing technology solutions 
  • Must understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights  
  • Must be an expert in:B2B targeted digital marketing using the most modern tools, apps, web, AI (Artificial Intelligence), etc. 
  • Must have experience creating and sharing content with our unique story to win business 
  • Must have experience creating highly effective outbound sales scripts, emails, and buyers’ journeys
  • Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
  • Experience in SEO/SEM desired
  • Experience in WordPress and website editing
  • This is a hands-on role, remote on EST/CST only
