Ihre Ausbildungsinhalte
In unserer Produktion nimmt der Verfahrensmechaniker einen hohen Stellenwert ein. Die im „Hightech - Bereich“ der Luft- und Raumfahrt verwendeten Werkstoffe wie die Kohlefaser gewinnen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Hochbelastete Flugzeugbauteile, die extrem leicht und hochfest sein müssen, werden zunehmend aus diesen Materialien hergestellt.
Herstellung von Faserverbund Strukturbauteilen
Manuelles und maschinelles Be- und Verarbeiten von polymeren und metallischen Werkstoffen
Fertigungsplanung, -steuerung und -überwachung von Be- und Verarbeitungsverfahren
Prüftechnik und Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätsmanagement
Formen- und Modellbau, Montage und Reparatur
Ihr Profil
Mittlere Reife oder sehr guter bis guter Hauptschulabschluss
Gutes Verständnis für Technik und Naturwissenschaften
Solides Grundwissen in Mathematik
Handwerkliches Geschick und Genauigkeit
Spaß am Umgang mit komplizierter Technik
Sichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch
Lernbereitschaft und freundliches und engagiertes Arbeiten im Team
