That's where you come in.

You’ll be a part of the Outcomes team to change the way people choose, build and scale careers. The core part of your role is to build and design learning content + experience that helps our members crack interviews and unlock promotions. This includes building video content, blogs, frameworks, question banks & more by collaborating with functional leaders & subject matter experts to help our members confidently approach any interview. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with some credible leaders in the startup world.

About Outcomes Function

The Outcomes team solves for three major career milestones of GrowthX members:

  • Building structured career roadmaps We build a career roadmap for our members to define their next 5-3-1 year goals and milestones. This allows them to identify the right role and company that will get them closer to their goals. Roadmap acts as an anchor and decision making framework that most people lack, we get to solve that for our members.
  • Resources to crack every interview round & negotiate a great offer. Interview cracking is a muscle, and you need the right structure and practice to get ahead in rounds. We have built content that helps our members prepare and practice for any interview for a growth role.
  • Getting promoted to leadership roles in the org Going from an early to mid-senior to leadership role is not easy, it’s not just a trial and error method. At GrowthX, we help our members learn solid skills, build proof of work, have a solid personal brand and positioning - these are critical input levers for someone to transition vertically in their org. We will build resources and content for members to transform successfully across career stages.


Now, with the above context - here’s who we are looking for?

You require a set of skills to thrive in the role.

User, Product and Market research

Research and understand the users' problems, and then find input levers across 3 things-

  • Users: Actively speak to users, understand pain points and their current solutions. Document every single detail from the conversation and insights/learnings.
  • Markets: Study, document and distill insights about the products that people use right now for the problem statement about cracking interviews, career transformations.
  • Product: Study the current product/alternatives being used, build a deeper understanding of what is working and what is not.


Exceptional writing

Build content that’s consumable and actionable.

  • You will write learning content that our members can consume to achieve their career goals. This could be in the form of learning resources, scripts for video resources, slides, templates, assignment designs & even lifecycle communication flows.
  • Excellent writing skills to dumb down any complex concept by using examples from the real world.
  • Bonus, if you have proven experience and liking for writing. [Personal blog, freelance projects, internships, college communities, across anything]


Iterations

Be obsessed about the quality of work you put out, and keep raising the bar on everything you do.

  • You will deploy your work to members, get critical feedback from them and keep iterating to make it better.
  • You will measure the success and impact of the resources with user feedback, and the milestones they have achieved.
  • You will learn and keep building resources for our members to crack any interview for growth roles and raise the bar every time we deploy a new version.

Only those who have graduated or are graduating in the batch of 2024 should apply to this internship. Bar raiser performers during internship period will get a full time offer inside our memberships team at the end of 3 month internship period.
