We are looking for a Global Tech - OT/ICS Cybersecurity Expert! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris

By joining the TECH department of the Pernod Ricard Group within the cybersecurity team, you will become a member of the Cyber Security Architecture team. As part of your mission, you will also collaborate closely with the Cyber Defense, Cyber GRC, and TECH architecture teams.  Outside of Cyber, your key partners will include Head of IT/OT, TECH Enterprise Architecture (EA), and Operation teams.

Your key missions

The responsibilities include ensuring the implementation and execution of OT cybersecurity guidelines, as well as providing support in risk management/ crisis.

OT security policies, standards, and procedures

  • Contributing to the global OT security strategy and policies definition, implementation and communication to stakeholders.

  • Ensuring the alignment between the defined strategy, current cyber security management tools and the overall Group Cyber Security objectives.

  • Work closely with Cyber Security leadership, IT/OT Global Engineering Services (GES), EA, and Operations teams to identify and program manage improvement opportunities in global OT security controls.

Manage Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and reporting for the OT scope

  • Monitor and govern defined OT security strategy, policies, and standards implementation across all Pernod Ricard industrial sites.

  • Evaluate cybersecurity risks related to Pernod Ricard's industrial sites. Coordinate risk reduction activities.

  • Prepare reports for the Cyber Security leadership, TECH leadership and required Business leadership teams.

  • Manage audit or security plans for OT infrastructures or applications.

  • Propose, produce and report relevant security risk indicators and implement improvement plans.

  • Support in maintaining compliance to regional regulatory requirements impacting security of OT environment.

Product and Architecture Security

  • Ensure the security and resilience of industrial assets by promoting and implementing a security architecture.

  • Propose an enlightened and proportionate approach to cybersecurity, considering the constraints and challenges of the production business.

  • Analyze the functional needs, evaluate the criticality levels associated with the production risk analysis, propose appropriate security protection concepts, project and manage the risks on the infrastructure or industrial assets.

  • Participating to the internal and external events related to the OT information security.

  • Perform technical assessments and reviews to evaluate risks associated with OT products and technologies.

Communication, training & awareness

  • Ensure effective collaboration with the different teams of the production sites, projects and cyber security .

  • Responsible for the OT security communication content preparation, validation and distribution to all stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Ensuring the definition and roll out of communication and awareness training plan/program towards all Pernod Ricard employees and their consistency.

Cyber security technical support and monitoring

  • Support Cyber Defense team in defining and fine-tuning monitoring use-cases.

  • Support Cyber Defense team during Cyber incident/crisis management and remediation activities.

  • Support in performing and governing technical vulnerability assessment exercises.

Technology watching

  • Ensure a technological watch of the best practices and trend.

  • Working closely with security vendors to understand current risks and threats impacting OT environments outside of Pernod Ricard.

  • Combined 10 years experience in an enterprise Cyber role and ICS/OT Cyber role.

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity stakes, with knowledge of specific challenges in the context of Pernod Ricard business & technical environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Pernod Ricard's industrial environment.

  • Desired Certifications: Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA), Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional Certification (GICSP).

  • Strong understanding of ISA/IEC 62443 series and NIST SP 800-82 standards.

  • Ability to participate at all levels of incident/crisis management.

  • Mastery of enterprise architecture frameworks & guidelines or equivalent certification.

  • Strategic thinking & problem-solving.

  • Collaboration & stakeholders management.

  • Strong understanding of OT systems, ICS, and their security requirements.
