Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced High Ticket Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and setting appointments with potential clients for our high-value products or services. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, with a strong emphasis on lead qualification and appointment setting to ensure that our sales team engages with only the most promising prospects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Screen potential leads through research and initial contact to evaluate their needs, budget, and purchasing authority, ensuring alignment with our high-ticket offerings.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments between qualified leads and our sales team, optimizing the sales process and increasing the efficiency of our sales funnel.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies, building trust and credibility.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and performance data.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products or services, enabling effective communication of their value and benefits to potential clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead qualification and appointment setting metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback from potential clients to the sales and product development teams to aid in product improvement and sales approach refinement.
  • Closing Sales: Skillfully navigate the sales process from lead qualification to closing, employing effective closing techniques to secure high-value deals, while ensuring a positive customer experience that lays the foundation for long-term relationships.

 



Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales, lead qualification, or a similar role in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple appointments and leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools to efficiently track leads and appointments.
  • A results-driven approach, with a commitment to achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and drive.
