Your main tasks:
  • Testing & Traceability Evaluation: Oversee and evaluate testing and traceability requirements for EOL processes (including AOL ICT, camera, electrical tests).
  • Customer Requirement Fulfillment: Ensure customer requirements are met through robust testing and traceability strategies.
  • Data Security & Safety Compliance: Maintain stringent data security and functional safety standards.
  • Customer Negotiations: Lead negotiations with customers on technical testing and traceability for complex products.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking in cost, pricing, and delivery time of test requirements and equipment based on quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our factories and suppliers to maintain seamless operations.
  • Strategy Development: Develop an end-to-end traceability and measurement equipment strategy for the Automotive Business Unit.
  • Product Development Support: Assist Product Development teams with testing, measuring, and traceability queries.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Provide expertise to manufacturing sites on processes, traceability, and test equipment.
  • Supplier Relations: Collaborate with measurement equipment suppliers to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Training Leadership: Plan and lead training sessions on EOL testing and traceability across the Business Unit.
  • Process Development: Develop processes and equipment for regular checks of EOL test equipment (e.g., failure samples, stability studies).
  • Seamless Traceability: Implement processes and equipment for seamless traceability.
  • Process Documentation: Create and update process descriptions within your area of responsibility.
  • Task Force Participation: Participate in task force and escalation teams as required.
  • Data Retention Planning: Support the planning and development of data retention, storage, and processing concepts for EOL equipment (e.g., TISAX).
