We are an online e-commerce of cosmetics, working with this industry for 10+ years, and having a team of 50+ people worldwide. We do not produce our own products and we do not do marketing

We thrive when our processes are followed to the letter and the work from everyone on the team is synchronized to produce lower costs, better purchasing decisions, and fast delivery of products.

Our company has grown 3 times in the last year, yes, we are 9X bigger than we were 2 years ago. We are different from most E-commerce companies, we do worldwide distribution of products mainly focused on marketplaces. We sell mostly on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay and are looking to expand globally.

We’re hiring today an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to help us maintain and maximize the targeted sales and profit goals

Repricing:

  • Daily execution of repricing strategies to maintain/maximize the targeted sales and profit goals 
  • Utilize repricing tools and analytics by adjusting prices in real time based on market conditions, competitor pricing, stock levels, and sales performance.
  • Management and optimization of promotions & advertising strategies 

Data Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, search engine algorithm changes, and implement best practices
  • Regularly evaluate and update keyword lists based on thorough research of keywords for high-performing campaigns

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for repricing and product promotion  improvements
  • Generate reports to track key performance indicators and assess campaign effectiveness

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand planning, repricing, and advertising strategies with overall business goals

Requirements

Don’t hesitate to apply if you:

  • Higher education in Demand Planning, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar
  • Prior experience in repricing and demand management, preferably in an e-commerce setting
  • Knowledge of the repricing process and tools
  • Experience on working with Amazon and/or Walmart is desirable
  • Strong technical mindset and skills
  • Math-lover with programming skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding and passion for data, ability to extract meaningful insights from it
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • English fluency (B2)
