RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services.

We are looking for a Principal in Data to structure essential information for the growth of the Payments product, such as conversion rate, cost, performance, and other indicators. This professional will be the technical reference in data for the Payments tribe, supporting the team in making informed and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Structure and analyze data to assist in the growth of the Payments product.
  • Act as a technical reference in data for the Payments tribe.
  • Support the team in decision-making based on current and historical data, understanding the health of indicators that have not yet reached maturity.
  • Execute, analyze, and present forecasts and KPIs.
  • Take responsibility for the metrics to be monitored according to the tasks/functions developed.

Requirements

  • Mathematical and statistical skills.
  • Maturity and solid experience in data.
  • Proficiency in SQL and practical knowledge of BI/Reporting tools.
  • Relevant experience in data analysis and generating reports on relevant metrics.
  • Experience in payment or acquisition projects will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge in measuring approval rates and credit card processing errors by different issuing banks and processors (acquirers) or by our own sub-acquirer license in different products: App, Transparent Checkout, MPOS, and Payment Link (Card Present and Card Not Present).
  • Hands-on profile.
  • English or Spanish is a plus.
