WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE A PEOPLE MANAGER AT DRUMMOND:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Tech Lead, you will be expected to: 

·       Write, test, deploy, and maintain code across both frontend and backend 

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and transform needs into features/products 

·       Plan out and break down features for the rest of the team 

·       Mentor more junior members of the team 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 

·       5+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms 

·       1+ years of experience with TypeScript or other object-oriented programing language 

·       1+ years of experience with software design and architecture 

·       Ability to communicate in English fluently 

·       Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. 

·       1 year of experience in a technical leadership role. 

·       Familiarity with either AWS, GCP, or Azure
