Responsibilities

Work on both front and back end technologies when developing new features.
Take ownership of new features and lead all life cycle stages for that feature including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute ideas to improve the product

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
Highly experienced with Ruby, Rails, and JavaScript
Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and version control software
Familiarity with TailwindCSS, Sidekiq, Minitest, PostgreSQL / relational databases, and Python are pluses
Familiarity with SMTP and mail security standards (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, etc.) are pluses
Excellent problem solving and team collaboration skills
Ability to build, test, and deploy software changes in a fast paced environment
Fluent in written and spoken English

Benefits

Position: Full Stack Software Engineer

Salary Range: $3000-$5000 USD + 13th salary

Working Hours: Flexible, but availability during regular business hours for meetings is required.

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
