3+ years technical support experience in solar, electronics, or technology industries, 2+ years supervisory experience and track record in achieving KPI's, Direct experience in energy accounting software and ERCOT market, Project management experience and strong oral/written communication skills, Problem-solving mentality; highly organized, accountable, and proactive.
Key responsabilities:
- Support sonnen VPP personnel with technical tasks
- Supervise team members, resolve technical cases, ensure high VPP support
- Develop key documentation, tools, and maintain Salesforce data
- Respond promptly to partner calls, provide weekly project updates
- Manage and report on department KPI's, energy accounting, and project statistics
