Are you an Application / Delivery Support Manager experienced in supporting a global organisation?

emagine is looking for your skills to join a squad responsible for Productivity, Collaboration, Documentation tools.

Applications supported by the squad include: Accolade (Biarritz and Wego), WAVE, Gotit, IsEazy, Vyond, Wevideo, DeepL, Digital business cards.

Key Skills:

  • Application / Delivery Support Manager with 3 plus years’ experience
  • ITIL certified or excellent knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all
  • Autonomous, ability to work remotely in a collaborative and multicultural environment
  • Ability to analyse functional and technical needs
  • Appetite for new technologies and willing to learn new concepts
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, French nice to have

Key Tasks:

  • Own several Productivity and Collaboration applications and solutions
  • Ensure end-to-end service delivery in an ITIL environment
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and execution of procedures
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers, end-users, support teams and providers
  • Assist the continuous improvement by identifying and collecting service enhancements
  • Regular meetings with the providers to suggest new features for application elevation
  • Maintain a service portfolio and identify the right solution for the right usage
  • Contribute to the applications landscape rationalization
  • Responsible for product’s budget forecast and contract follow-up
  • Provide Level 2 support
  • Handl critical incidents and problems with providers
  • Carry out studies and projects and oversee implementation
