About the role:

  • Management of inbound / outbound shipment destined for the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Categorize and input on DEAR, conducting audits, updating inventory based on the shipping/receiving of trucks
  • POC for stakeholders (F.O., N.V, F.P…) whose inventory is stored there.
  • POC with the landlord and current tenants.
  • Business relationships with staffing agencies for warehouse operations.
  • Direct warehouse operations staff.
  • Budgeting of rent, utilities, workforce, logistics functions, and support costs such as safety, security, insurance, and facility maintenance.
  • Support Finance team by tracking, and allocating costs per IP based on warehouse use.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free environment (Maintenance Plan).
  • Ensure that Fever's internal process is followed to request warehouse space for different IPs through JIRA tickets.
  • KPIs definition, and tracking metrics of inventory and facilities.
  • Responsible for implementing strategies that drive standardization, continuous improvement, maximize productivity, and efficiency to reduce overall costs.

About you: 

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations.
  • Preferred forklift and heavy equipment certified.
  • Preferred OSHA 30 certified.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • ​​Experience in managing unique and complex situations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is necessary.
  • Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
