Your missions

As our company continues to expand, we are seeking an energetic and hyper-organized Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our vibrant workplace culture. The Office Manager will work closely with the CEO and COO to manage financial, operational, and human resources processes and tasks. This is a unique opportunity for a hard-working, well-organized and detail-oriented individual to accelerate their professional development and take a broad leadership role at a rapidly growing private equity backed software company.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the executive team to create and implement operational processes and company policies as we scale
  • Oversee and support regular financial activities in Quickbooks Online including invoicing, collections, payments, expense management and reimbursements
  • Plan company offsites and develop a strategy to optimize employee satisfaction
  • Organize team socials and lunch & learns
  • Proactively share insights and ideas to the executive team in the spirit of continuous improvement and growth
  • Process payroll bi-monthly in Paychex

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in office management, bookkeeping or operations roles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills – able to build rapport with internal and external partners
  • Experience setting, measuring, and enforcing financial and operational standards
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills – able to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and proactive, with a bias for action
  • “Roll up your sleeves” attitude, happy to chip in where needed
  • Passionate about healthcare providers, their teams, and the health insurance ecosystem
