The Valdez Group is currently seeking a motivated and talented Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As a leading company in the insurance industry, we specialize in providing life insurance and retirement solutions that protect our clients' families and financial futures. We have partnered with Industry Leading Carriers to offer a diverse portfolio of products that our Agents can confidently present to clients.

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent with The Valdez Group, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable policies or plans. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell life insurance products while delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and possess exceptional communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their financial situation and discuss their life insurance needs
  • Recommend appropriate life insurance policies and retirement solutions based on clients' individual circumstances and goals
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums to clients in a clear and understandable manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis

Requirements

  • Valid Life Insurance Agent license
  • Prior experience in life insurance sales or a similar role within the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
