We sell a recruiting service to other companies, so our audience is business owners (primarily in the United States).

Job Description

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced, and proactive researcher to focus on generating and enriching company and prospect lead information into our CRM to support our sales efforts. A successful candidate will have a background in sales and lead research, with a strong ability to find and enrich high quality, relevant companies and people. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

You will work alongside our founder and sales team to build processes around sales research and identify patterns of company/prospect targets that convert well to customers. You should have strong curiosity, and the skills to turn that curiosity into results through persistent research, the development of processes, technical skills to collect and import data to a CRM, and the ability to work with the sales team to measure quality. You will be required to maintain high quality and organization within any data you import or manage in the CRM. In addition, you may work to tag and segment lists into the CRM based on your collaboration with the sales team.

As this team grows, a successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of researchers. To achieve this growth path, candidates will need to demonstrate team leadership skills during the first 3 to 6 months on the job.

Please understand that our target market is business owners and leaders looking to hire and recruit talent to grow their businesses and improve profitability. It is a plus if you can demonstrate experience working in this area.

You will be working remotely for a US-based business with US-based clients, but you will be a part of a team located in the Philippines. This is a full-time role and requires you to commit all of your working time to this position and company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of our target customers across various industries, job titles, and functionality areas.
  • Conduct research to find and enrich lead information for companies and prospects.
  • Work with the sales team to define and refine lead and company segments that perform.
  • Develop research methods to uncover data, including searches, documented processes, and the use of tools such as ZoomInfo or Seamless.ai
  • Import data into the CRM and maintain/manage relevant lists, segmentation, tagging, and data quality
  • Work alongside the sales team to enhance and improve lead quality and tactics for reaching the correct audience
  • Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, collaboration, motivation, and accountability with remote work

Requirements

  • Strong English speaking, writing, and comprehension
  • 2+ years working in a similar role.
  • Experiencing conducting research on businesses and prospects in the United States
  • Experience using research tools such as seamless.ai and ZoomInfo
  • Experience importing and managing lead data inside a CRM, preferably Zoho.
  • Experience using standard office and document processing software such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Strong internet connection and full remote work setup (monitor, strong computer, web camera, microphone or headset)
  • Working with the team live based on the USA time zone

    13th month pay available beginning at the 1st anniversary of work
    5% planned salary increase at the end of month 4 based on outstanding performance.
    A 5% additional salary increase is available at the end of month 7,  based on outstanding performance.
  • Commission
    Commission structure is available and will be defined and begin as the team grows. 
  • Work Schedule
    Mountain Standard Time / Mountain Daylight Time
    Monday through Friday
    8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour of time off for lunch
    May need to be available in off hours  for any systems emergencies
  • Holidays & Time Off
    Employee can take a total of 8 days off per year for Holidays and can choose between US Holidays and their country’s holidays based on their personal needs and the business’s needs.
  • Paid Time Off
    Employee will earn paid time off based on tenure with the business. They will be granted 3 days of annual PTO for every 6 months they have been retained with the business up to 12 days of PTO.
