Your missions

Our client is a global Engineering company that has carved itself a niche in implementing a unique and validated technology, which is changing the way infrastructure projects are built, making it much faster, cost-effective, and eco-friendly.

The Role

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing business partnerships to scale our business in relevant industries and regions.
  • Developing new/existing markets and executing sales business programs in the country.
  • Building and managing relevant projects pipeline.
  • Implementing our solution from initial planning and execution to follow-up activities to deepen sales proficiency.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and corresponding case studies and testimonials.
  • Promoting strategic customer retention for returning business opportunities.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering and have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working on-site on infrastructure projects related to the construction of roads, railways, pavements, etc.
  • You have a proven track record of collaborating with construction companies, contractors, supervisors, engineering firms, project managers, government authorities, etc.
  • You possess a solid understanding of the cost structure of infrastructure projects and are capable of identifying areas where a solution provides the greatest value.
  • Prior experience in B2B Sales or Business Development roles in this industry is a strong advantage.
  • You are a go-getter and are invested in the process building.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder and possess excellent English communication abilities to liaise with our key stakeholders and clients in the region.
  • You are willing to travel frequently to visit sites across Indonesia.
