  We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications and mentoring junior developers. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you will do:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Debug and resolve complex technical issues.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration.
  

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Golang is an added advantage .
