We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Operations Associate fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer sciences and experience as a Business Analyst. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth technical operations, analyzing business needs, and facilitating effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support for internal teams and clients, addressing technical issues and ensuring efficient operation of systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Analyze business needs and processes to identify technical requirements and solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new systems or improvements to existing ones.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as a bilingual liaison between Arabic-speaking clients and English-speaking technical teams.
    • Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure understanding and satisfaction on both sides.
  • System Management:
    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technical systems and applications.
    • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for technical processes, system configurations, and user guides.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar technical operations role.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical systems and experience with system analysis and design.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business needs, identify technical requirements, and propose effective solutions.
