Senior Account Executive – Enterprise

Summary
We are seeking an experienced senior software sales professional to generate net new subscription software revenue in the enterprise sector. This role is responsible for prospecting, new business development, account strategy, and account planning. This senior sales professional will utilize modern business development strategies and complete field-based sales activities focused on selling our EAM and workplace digital solutions portfolio to Fortune 1000 customers.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise software transactions
- Expand and cross-sell existing enterprise customers
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and net new sales objectives
- Understand business drivers and challenges for the enterprise sector
- Align and execute with our go-to-market partners including ServiceNow
- Develop and enhance c-level account relationships
- Orchestrate and lead account strategy
- Utilize Salesforce.com daily to manage all key sales metrics
Qualifications
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions to Fortune 1000 customers
- Proven track record of consistently developing and closing net new business
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with SaaS or digital solutions
- 7+ years of experience in field sales, pipeline development, and new business generation
- Excellent understanding of information technology and solution selling
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with enterprise clients
- Strong presentation, leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com management tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The compensation for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 OTE with a 50/50 split, accelerators, and an uncapped variable compensation plan.
