Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Credit Controller to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage the credit control process and ensure timely payments from customers. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong financial acumen, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are up to date
– Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email, and letter
– Resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes promptly
– Analyse financial data and credit reports to assess credit risk
– Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
– Liaise with internal departments to address payment issues promptly
– Provide excellent customer service while enforcing credit control policies
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Utilise accounting software to manage credit control processes
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in credit control, accounts payable, or financial services
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information
– Excellent communication skills with a polite phone etiquette
– Proficient in data entry and using accounting software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is advantageous

EXPERIENCE
* Credit Controller : 1 year ( REQUIRED)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
