Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Collecting requirements for the project;
  
• Setting tasks for developers;
  
• Manage the planning process (defining the plan and preparing for the project implementation);
  
• Maintaining the project document flow;
  
• Analyzing ready-made technical solutions, selecting the best ones based on the data obtained;
  
• Control over the timing of project tasks;
  
• Communicating with the team and contractors, setting up a workflow (development, testing, working with requirements);
  
• Control over the fulfillment of tasks of each project participant (designer, developer, tester, etc.).
  

• Project Manager experience of 3 years in IT;
  
• English language proficiency - Upper Intermediate (B2) (all documentation in English);
  
• Understanding of methodologies;
  
• Prototyping interfaces, setting up processes;
  
• Knowledge of web programming and mobile development principles;
  
• High communication skills, ability to competently justify technical solutions, orally and in writing;
  
• Ability to correctly measure and improve the performance of the development department;
  
• Experience in people management (team organization);
  
• Skills in drawing up a website work plan, technical specifications for programmers, coders, designers.
