Job description

CaptivateIQ is a leading sales commission platform — recognized by industry analysts, including Forrester, as well as reputable marketplaces like G2. We are trusted by category leaders and innovators like Gong, Lattice, and DataRobot.

With backing from Sequoia, Accel, ICONIQ, and other leading investors, CaptivateIQ is on a mission to enable every company to take control of commission management.

Come and see why Glassdoor and Comparably have recognized CaptivateIQ as a best place to work!

About the role:
As the Senior Product Manager for our Day-to-day (D2D) Admin team, you will be responsible for creating experiences our users love. In particular over the next 6-12 months, you will be responsible for revamping our experience altogether to deliver a 2.0 experience that is differentiated and industry-leading, culminating with a large external GTM push to drive excitement and momentum around the launch. In classic product management fashion, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of your product area alongside this initiative to ensure we are sufficiently supporting the priorities of our product across innovation, enhancements, and technical debt.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and evangelize vision, strategy, and roadmap across the company to build strong alignment and drive world-class execution
  • Build empathy for customer personas by working directly with customers and internal teams
  • Own outcomes and be a champion for always refining how to best use our resources in order maximize the returns on our investments and attention.
  • Track industry trends and think strategically to develop solutions that are differentiated from the competition and drive our product and company strategy forward
  • Leverage data to continually inform product evolution and drive customer adoption of product capabilities
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to research, design and build high-quality and reliable product experiences that customers love
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to ensure value is realized by our customers

  • Requirements:
  • 4+ years of product management experience at high-growth, product-driven companies (ideally some B2B SaaS) OR 2+ years of product management experience at high-growth, product-driven companies combined with 2+ years in a revenue or sales operations and/or FP&A related role
  • Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated experience working with technical products
  • Experience leading teams autonomously and delivering substantial product releases from 0 to 1
  • Bar-raiser that aims for 10x and differentiated vs 10% and incremental
  • A do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure your product and team are successful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Culture-oriented teammate that can uplevel the team while having fun and strengthening team bonds
  • World-class partner that uplevels the team’s performance while building and fostering a fun and tight-knit culture

  • Bonus Points
  • Comfort or experience building AI and/or predictive analytics-powered products
  • Experience in the Sales Performance Management industry
  • Experience working in a sales/revenue ops role or similar
  • Experience evolving and maturing products built for SMB to products built for enterprise

  • Benefits:
  • (US-ONLY) 100% of medical, dental, and vision covered including 75% for dependents
  • Flexible vacation days and quarterly mental health days so you can recharge
  • Enjoy a one-time expense on your 1-year work anniversary (to use for travel, home furnishings, fancy meal)
  • One time work from home stipend & annual stipends for professional development and caretaking
  • Virtual team lunches to keep you connected
  • (US-ONLY) 401k plan to participate in and save towards the future
