Qualifications:
Previous role with ITT System Integrator or Managed Service Provider, At least 5+ years in infrastructure support and current CCNP certification, At least 2 other network vendor certifications desirable, e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Experience in ITIL framework and Linux/Unix experience is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide 3rd level technical network support escalated from service desk or customer
- Resolve incidents and service requests for network-related tickets
- Adhere to Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes following ITIL Framework
- Perform proactive monitoring, patching, health checks, and onsite maintenance
- Attend customer meetings, provide recommendations for network improvements
