Recruiter/HR Specialist

How can you collaborate with us?

As a Recruiter you'll help us make placements for our clients, who are spread across several countries such as Portugal, The Netherlands, and Germany.

As an HR specialist you can work in-house or in consulting, helping our clients with recruitment and with both Employer Branding projects and People & Culture projects.

You‘re ready to join us if you:

• Communicate like a pro – with both clients and candidates;

• Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment;

• Are looking for a young and dynamic team;

• Want to join a growing company.

If you are a Recruiter, we expect you to:

• Have a proven track record of success in recruitment (around 2 years at least);

• Be a sourcing magician who can unearth hidden talent pools;

• Have good negotiation skills to secure top candidates;

If you are an HR Specialist, we expect you to:

• Have a proven track record of success developing and implementing Employer Branding projects

• Have experience implementing People & Culture projects;

• Analyze data and bring improvements for the organization on the HR/people side.

We currently giving a Freelancing / Contracting opportunity with a base monthly salary + commissions + annual bonus.
