Our client is looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Content Generalist. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated prompt responses. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for AI technology and content creation

This is a part time (20 hours/ week), fully remote contract role. Contract may be extended/renewed.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate AI-generated prompt responses for accuracy, relevance, coherence, and overall quality.
Provide detailed feedback on prompt responses to help improve AI performance.
Collaborate with the AI development team to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences, ensuring that AI responses align with these insights.
Assist in creating guidelines and best practices for prompt response evaluation.
Contribute to the development and refinement of evaluation metrics.
Maintain documentation of evaluation processes and results.

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
Native English speaker with excellent content sense.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with AI technology and its applications.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Experience with content creation, editing, or similar roles is a plus.
Previous experience in evaluating AI model responses is highly preferred.

Hourly rate: USD$15~25
