DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Define and harmonize printer hardware and set standards for devices and consumables

  • Develop business case for harmonization of printer device consumables

  • Consult customers in case of questions to printer devices and consumables remotely

  • Define printer device settings matching to label catalog and Central Label Management plattform

  • Develop further opportunities to ease connectivity and supportability of printer devices

  • Create installation documentation based on existing templates and transfer knowledge to operating Teams onsite and remotely

  • Work together with product managers and support teams to adhere to standards and future vision


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant completed apprenticeship in IT area or equivalent and/or ideally an advanced degree in the IT or automation field

  • Experience in CSV/GxP compliant and Manufacturing environment

  • Understanding SAFe delivery path and Agile practices

  • Proven ability for superior communication skills, expectation management and stakeholder management

  • Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organization / Cultural awareness.

  • Google application suite fluency (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is an advantage

  • Fluent in English (German or Polish is an advantage)

  • Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA is beneficial.

  • SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining).
