Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Senior Consultant at Ollion in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in leading solutions around cloud adoption. You will focus on developing and implementing operating models, financial management strategies, talent upskilling, and processes that enable our clients to leverage cloud technologies powerfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops with multifunctional teams and customer leads, facilitating specific work streams within the cloud operating model.
  • Gather and analyse information to develop comprehensive future state models that align with customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Design and facilitate workshops using methodologies such as design thinking to drive innovation and ensure effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities in cloud transformation.
  • Develop comprehensive cloud adoption strategies that align with the client’s business goals and drive operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement financial management frameworks that optimise cloud investments and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Create and refine talent management processes to support the acquisition, development, and retention of cloud-skilled professionals.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on best practices for cloud adoption and digital transformation.
  • Demonstrate strong customer-facing presence and the ability to adjust and tailor workshops and engagements to meet client needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams within Ollion to ensure seamless delivery of consulting services and solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, with a strong focus on cloud adoption, operating model development, financial management, and talent processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects and driving business transformation initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, platforms, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred - is a plus.
