We are looking for experienced technical officer responsible to research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. Experienced in working with Linux Servers/Window Servers/Mail Server/Web Servers Technical Skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Linux Admin & good Linux troubleshooting skills.
- Identify bugs, test, reproduce, report, and work with the engineers to assist with a fix and test/verify fix versions.
- Debug basic things in production using developer console and similar basic tooling.
- Speak with users about technical issues in a way they can understand.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, serving as an escalation point, as well as investigate and solve various product and third party problems.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure resolution of issues.
- Understand to industry top level web automation software like cpanel, plesk & webuzo etc.
- Knowledge of Web Host, Cloud Hosting and Cloud Platforms like oracle, azure, gcp and aws.
- Remote Team Viewer configuration on POP3, IMAP & SMTP on Email Clients.
- Monitor Server Performance and Troubleshoot Errors.
- Respond to Customer Calls & Chats and provide immediate technical / sales resolutions to customers.
- Installing and update the desktops and Laptops.
- Knowledge on Shell / Bash scripting and cronjobs.
This is a hybrid position Full time Roles. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from home 5 days a week.
