  • Lead the product portfolio and management in the blood banking sector in EEMEA.

  • Perform thorough scanning of the market analysis, market potential & main players market share.

  • Provide a by-country market assessment of the BB business model, and the decision-making structure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the design & development of required strategies and campaigns to penetrate this sector.

  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in blood banking technology and incorporate them into our strategy to expand this market segment.

Market Access and Commercialization:

  • Develop and execute market access strategies to ensure our products are widely available to healthcare providers in blood bank sector.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to establish pricing strategies, reimbursement plans, and market entry strategies in direct and Indirect markets.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government agencies, and service providers in the blood banking sector.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure that our products comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

  • Stay up to date on evolving regulatory requirements and adapt product and management processes accordingly.

Market segment development:

  • Collect customer VOC and feedback to help us drive innovation and continuous improvement in blood banking product design and features.

  • Explore opportunities for expanding and enhancing our product line offering to meet evolving market needs.

  • Mentor a team of professionals in product management across different countries to improve competencies in blood banking sector.
