Job description

Eram Talent is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our client's Facilities Management team in Saudi Arabia. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various facilities. ·       Maintain and enhance HVAC systems, ensuring exceptional indoor climate control

·       Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment

·       Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues promptly

·       Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient HVAC solutions

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards

·       Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of safety and technical excellence

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
  • Over 5 years of experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Knowledge of HVAC controls and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as required
  • Valid HVAC technician certification or license (if applicable)
