Your missions

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development: Creating and implementing social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
  2. Content Creation: Developing engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) that attracts and retains followers, and encourages interaction and sharing.
  3. Community Management: Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Campaign Management: Planning and executing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve specific objectives such as lead generation or brand awareness.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Using social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and preparing reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  6. Stay Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media platforms.
  7. Brand Management: Maintaining brand consistency across all social media channels and ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
  8. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
