Your missions

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Vendor Manager to optimize our logistics and drop ship supplier relationships. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations for CFS (Container Freight Station) operations, drop ship vendors, 3PLs,  and transportation carriers. You'll drive performance improvements, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our logistics network's efficiency, and ensure timely deliveries to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for CFS (Container Freight Station) operations, drop ship vendors, 3PLs, and transportation carriers.
  • Conduct weekly business reviews, analyze metrics, and implement corrective actions to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and achieve a 3-5 day order-to-delivery cycle from overseas.
  • Develop enhanced dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with engineering to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on logistics metrics and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
