Key responsabilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for CFS, drop ship vendors, 3PLs, and carriers.
- Conduct reviews, analyze metrics, and ensure performance goals are met.
- Collaborate to streamline operations and achieve order-to-delivery cycle from overseas.
- Develop dashboards/reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
