As we continue to expand, we are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Agents.

Job Description:

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales to drive company growth. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored moving solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth execution of moving services.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation:

$80,000-$200,000

Salary plus commission

Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
