We seek an exceptional professional with relevant experience and passion for eCommerce and entrepreneurship. The new Head of Scandinavia will join the Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in the company's next growth phase. A successful candidate will build out the sales team, oversee growth initiatives, and make operational improvements within the market.

Experience

  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • relevant experience in eCommerce in the region (marketplaces, eShops, eCommerce SaaS Solutions, Fulfilment providers, shipping automation companies, etc.)
  • excellent understanding of market conditions and industry trends
  • entrepreneurial mindset and great organizational skills
  • strong leadership skills to help guide market leaders and teams to achieve their business goals
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • comfort with customer relationship management
  • team player with a passion for learning
  • flexible, professional, accurate, and structured
  • outgoing, friendly, and fun to be around

Tasks

  • scale-up Baselinker commercial activity in the region
  • build and manage a high-performing local team (support, business development & optionally tech)
  • drive business development Initiatives (local markets partnerships, paid media, email campaigns)
  • work cross-functionally with a global tech team to elevate the product
  • plan and execute business operations (own region P&L)
  • develop and execute strategies and annual work plans for the local team
  • manage local market relationships with key companies from the e-commerce ecosystem
  • being the face of BaseLinker in the region
