Your missions

GoTeam is currently in search of a dedicated Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing crucial support to the Support Specialist in executing various tasks related to applications, renewals, and client communications. If you have a background in customer support, call center operations, and banking/finance, this may be the perfect opportunity for you to grow in a supportive and engaging work environment. Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Support Specialist's directives
  • Executing high-volume tasks while adhering to multiple support processes
  • Providing application support and information verification
  • Processing lender applications and managing communications
  • Handling renewal support, alert notifications, and email communications
  • Finalizing commission details for won opportunities and updating CRM products
  • Assigning compliance evidence and extracting CRM data for reporting


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer support and call center experience
  • Has a background in banking/finance (at least 1 year)
  • Has previous experience working from home
