Location: Germany

Salary: 120,000EUR+

What You'll Do

Lead and manage BESS/Storage projects from planning, design, and procurement to construction, commissioning, and handover
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Manage project risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Facilitate communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders (internal and external)
Oversee contract management with vendors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with all project requirements, regulations, and safety standards
Report project progress to senior management

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector (bonus points for BESS/Storage experience)
Proven ability to manage complex projects, keep them on track, and deliver within budget
Strong understanding of BESS/Storage technologies and project lifecycles
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration across diverse teams
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
Experience managing budgets and contracts
