Are you a construction pro with a passion for clean energy? We're looking for a BESS/Storage Construction Manager to join our team in Germany! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the on-site construction and commissioning of innovative battery storage systems, ensuring they come to life safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

Oversee all aspects of BESS/Storage construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final commissioning
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors
Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential risks
Manage and resolve construction challenges effectively
Prepare and maintain project documentation

What You Bring

Experience in construction management in the renewable energy sector
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of BESS/Storage systems and construction methods
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team of construction workers and subcontractors
Commitment to safety and a high standard of quality workmanship
