Job description

On behalf of our client, an international holding, focused on web development, commercial design, affiliate and online marketing for the online entertainment industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for their specialised affiliate network (CPA), who would forge lasting relationships with top casino operators and expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive market share growth by securing new advertiser deals within the gambling sector;
  • Utilize existing networks to establish and nurture affiliate partnerships;
  • Oversee daily operations, setting and ensuring the completion of weekly performance goals;
  • Develop customized sales pitches tailored to unique selling points and partner requirements;
  • Regularly monitor and analyze partnership performance, including traffic quality, cap management, and detailed breakdowns;
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms;
  • Act as a brand ambassador, prospecting new partners at conferences and local meetups (readiness for business trips is essential);
  • Manage technical system setups for current partners, addressing tracking issues and statistical discrepancies;
  • Conduct competitors and market trends research.


Requirements:


Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in a managerial role within Affiliates and Online Casino sectors;
  • Deep understanding of Business Development in the iGaming industry (either publisher or advertiser side);
  • Established contact network with direct advertisers/brands;
  • Experience interacting with C-Level executives, stakeholder partners and cross-functional teams;
  • Proven track record of developing and achieving business goals;
  • Proficiency with tracking platforms such as Affise, Tune, or in-house systems;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English;


Soft skills:

  • Self-driven, enthusiastic with strong presentation and collaboration abilities;
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills;
  • Analytical mindset with an understanding of casino unit economics and funnel metrics;
  • Persuasive, able to test and adapt various hypotheses;
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team are highly desirable.
