We are looking for a Sales Tender Manager to join our Offshore Tender department, where you will be working on Sales projects for the world leaders in Offshore Wind. You will be responsible for the technical, budgetary, commercial and contractual proposals for the construction of Offshore Wind Turbines projects for our customers.

Based in our APAC HQ in Taipei or one of our other regional locations, you will become a member of a global team, with colleagues from many different professional and cultural backgrounds, who are united in their passion for offshore wind projects, that are a significant part of the transition to a sustainable energy mix for future generations.
As a member of the core Sales project team, you will define technical, logistical and commercial solutions for Construction and Installation of Offshore Wind Turbines, based on the customer's requirements and Siemens Gamesa best practice. You will create accurate, transparent and competitive budgets for the construction of Offshore Wind farms, including transport, harbours, construction, commissioning, manpower and vessel scopes. You will also develop the project specific contract schedules for the construction scope and time schedules for the project execution phase.
You professionally and actively engage with our customers regarding the Construction and Installation Scope for their projects, supporting and guiding the customer’s expectations, aiming to provide them with the best set up for their project. You will participate in the Customer negotiations, leading the Construction contract schedules packages.
What you need to make a difference
A passion for renewable energy and a desire to be part of the change.
There is not a single correct background for this position, as it covers many different areas from technical proposals, creating project budgets to contracts and working as part of a project Sales team, so you can come at it from many angles.
It likely that you have 5 – 10 years of experience from an industrial commercial type function, working in Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Development or similar.
You potentially have Contract experience, from a complex business environment and enjoy the challenge of negotiating complex contract terms and conditions.
Possibly you have gained experience from creating project budgets and are comfortable with the numbers side of business.
Maybe your background is more technical or project orientated, coming from the automotive, transport, or power generation industries. Maybe you are already working in renewable energy and looking for a fresh challenge.
What is important is that you are looking for a position where you will be contributing and challenged across many technical, contractual and financial dimensions of mega scale projects.
As a person, you are structured and analytical, whilst being pragmatic and flexible to adapt to the evolving business needs. You enjoy working in a fast-paced global industry and being part of a competitive Sales team.
You possess a strong business acumen along with extremely strong relationship building skills, both internally across different functions and externally towards our customers.
You are international in your mindset and enjoy working across different cultures within a global business environment, understanding how to operate with an extended network, based out with your regional locale.
You have advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, being able to communicate and carry out contract negotiation, both orally and in writing, at the highest professional level.

Similarly, experience from the renewables industry is not a prerequisite, nor is a specific educational background – what is more important is your positive attitude and that you are keen to learn and develop your knowledge and skills further.
