Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and demonstrate proficiency in managing and optimizing business processes. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
- Analyze and map client business requirements to Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, configurations, and customizations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful integration and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Dynamics 365.
Must-Have Skill Set:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications, including but not limited to Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Finance & Operations.
Configuration and Customization: Proficient in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
Business Process Analysis: Strong ability to analyze and map business processes to Dynamics 365 functionalities.
Documentation: Excellent documentation skills for requirements, configurations, and customizations.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Training and Support: Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Collaboration:** Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) are a plus.
