About Us:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team and be the connection between our clients, management, and production.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, providing excellent customer service.

  • Learn about our products to effectively assist customers and answer their inquiries.

  • Process orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Oversee the timeline of orders, ensuring they are processed and delivered as scheduled.

  • Prepare logistics for the delivery of products, coordinating with logistics partners.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, management, and production teams.


Qualifications:


  • Friendly and organized, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience working in customer support, preferably within the furniture or design industry.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Fluency in English and Russian is required; proficiency in French is a bonus.
