Your missions

A software SAAS company specializing in POS systems is in need of a Brazilian Portuguese speaking Implementation Consultant to join their team of passionate professionals. Do you pride yourself in having the personality to build solid relationships with clients?  This is an amazing opportunity to push your career to the next level within product implementation.

What you bring to the team:
  • 2 plus years experience in IT related projects
  • Great interpersonal communication skills & ability to interact with client
  • Experience as an Implementation Specialist or similar role including technical implementations involving Software/SaaS/Systems/hardware
  • Problem solving skills
  • Project management experience for successful delivery of deliverables
  • Manage, coordinate and communicate with client and internal stake holders
  • Experience as Business Analyst and systems is ideal

  • Lead the implementation team in the entire life-cycle of the implementation
  • Gather and clarify business requirements, carry out analysis and design, and comprehensively document proposed solutions
  • Manage the documentation of requirements, technical specifications, and end-user guides
